How can I track my order?
We process all orders within 2 working days after the order was placed. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number (from the shipping courier). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or you have questions about your order, you can always contact us via our online chat. (Tip: The shipping confirmation might have landed in your spam folder).
Can I change or update my order?
We can only make changes to orders that haven't been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible at support@theninezerosix.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and limited drop pieces are final sale. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Email support@theninezerosix.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout to ensure your order arrives without issue.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding shipping options — follow us or join the garage to stay updated.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Orders shipped within the continental US are not subject to additional duties or taxes beyond what is collected at checkout. International customers may be responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Email support@theninezerosix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
My order got lost somewhere, what can I do?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, reach out to us at support@theninezerosix.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
